Two schools, one route, and everything else after that
Our son needs a predictable route to school, so the search in Istanbul ran in an unusual order. First we picked the two schools that suited him, then we drew the walking routes, and only then did we look at apartments sitting on those routes. It sounds rigid and it removed a lot of otherwise fine places, but it meant every flat we viewed was already workable for him.
